For the little groms we created the Nino - an All Season™, skate-influenced helmet.  In the Nino he can go from his skis to his skateboard.  The Nino offers you all the trick features of the Bern adult lids at an economical price.  With one helmet for all his action sports needs, it assures you have money left over to buy him lift tickets!

Bern’s exclusive Zipmold™ foam is a liquid foam injection process that provides a better weight to strength ratio so Bern can provide customers a thinner helmet.  The lid is ½” or less around the edge, which results in a low profile, stylish fit.   Zipmold™ is a clean injection process that results in less waste.  Zipmold™ hard foam meets ASTM F2040, CPSC and EN 1078 standards for bike and skate.
